Arthur L. Cahoon, Partner

Mr. Cahoon is the Chief Executive Officer of Rock Creek Capital and its affiliated entities. Mr. Cahoon has been a partner and member of the Rock Creek Investment Committee since 1992. Prior to joining Rock Creek, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of two distribution businesses in the Southeast. Previously, Mr. Cahoon held a variety of financial, mergers and acquisitions, operations and real estate disposition positions with The Charter Company, a former New York Stock Exchange-listed conglomerate with revenues in excess of $5 billion and operations in real estate, insurance, energy, and communications. He was a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1976 to 1980. Mr. Cahoon co-founded Timbervest, LLC, a Timberland Investment Management Organization that managed over $500 million in timberland assets prior to its sale in 2004. Mr. Cahoon is a graduate of Stetson University School of Business.
