Steven Diebenow, Principal
Mr. Diebenow is primarily responsible for identifying, negotiating and structuring select real estate investments for Rock Creek Capital. Prior to joining Rock Creek, Mr. Diebenow served as Chief of Staff and Chief of Policy and Planning for the mayor of Jacksonville. Before joining the mayor, he was a partner at Rogers, Towers, Bailey, Jones & Gay where he practiced land use, zoning, and environmental law. Mr. Diebenow was a member of U.S. Senator Bob Graham’s legislative staff in Washington, D.C. after graduating with a Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law.
